We started making it a point to do a special dinner once a week where we choose a recipe, and then grocery shop for the ingredients together and cook a new meal to share with friends and family. We love the New York Times cooking app. It’s where we get almost all of our inspiration for these dinners. The photography is so good it just instantly makes you want to cook it for yourself. We recently just made their sour cherry pie recipe and it was epic!
Today we did a grocery run for a chilled cucumber and dill soup that we found on the app. The cucumbers right now are so good and we are happy we don’t have to turn on the oven in order to have dinner.← Back to basket diaries
