“I guess you could say I am a health food enthusiast. I have eaten for my health for a very long time. I come from a family of doctors in Russia and I hate going to the doctors! I believe that what you put in is what you get out. When I first came to America I was just eating whatever was easy and available at the super markets. Processed food.
